Hands Craft – Return & Refund Policy

At Hands Craft, we want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed through our website.

30‑Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals and components must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or special order products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts:

1.     Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2.     Provide photos or videos of the issue.

3.     We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.

Hands Craft covers all costs for defective item returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a Hands Craft error (wrong item, defective product), we cover the shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

  • Contact us to check availability.
  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship. If the order has already shipped, it must be processed as a return.

  • The item(s) you want to return
